Dear Sir,
As I understand DOE has a list of approved of Dispersants that can be used in Malaysia. Could you provide me the list of dispersants.
Secondly, can we purchase this items locally or indent from overseas and use them? Do we need to get approval from DOE for importing of this approved dispersants? Do you issue approval for companies to sell Dispersants?
Appreciate your response on this as soon as possible. tks.

Dear Mr. Daniel,
For your information, DOE has a list of approved Dispersant (as attached) which satisfying the acceptability criteria for effectiveness and toxicity, as laid down by Fisheries Research Institute and the dispersant should be used only with the approval of the DOE.
DOE do not issue any approval of purchasing the dispersant neither locally or overseas.
