What is the proposed benzene, NOx, aromatics, and Particulate Matter (PM) level for the Euro 4M?
What is the proposed phase in timeline for the Euro 4M? Why is Euro 5M not mentioned in the regulation? In Europe, where the Euro standard originated, they have generally phased in each new Euro level in 4 or 5 year intervals, with Euro 6 already being planned for 2016 or thereabouts. Will we do the same here in Malaysia so that the automotive industry can properly plan for the introduction of environmentally friendly engines that can take advantage of these new Euro fuel levels? Can we get to Euro 6 before 2020 so that Malaysia can reduce its carbon intensity and improve its air quality?
