Dear Sir,
For your information, I am from Chemical Company of Malaysia (Fertilizer Division), one of the leading fertilizer manufacturer in Malaysia. We are currently conducting a study on aerial fertilizer application for oil palm plantation in Malaysia. In regards to that, is there any regulation that we need to comply for such activity to be implemented from environment stand of point? Hope to get some information from you on these matter. Thank you.

Sir,
Thank you for your email regarding regulation compliance for aerial fertilization. At the moment, there is no regulation for aerial fertilization under the Department of Environment. However we would like to suggest to you to also seek advice from the other relevant agencies (e.g. Department of Agriculture, Local Authority, Department of Civil Aviation etc.) regarding this activity to ensure compliance to other regulation.
Thank you.
